Download the the file AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg from the official download link (source page with more instructions here. Double click on the file AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg to open it. Double click on the file Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.app inside. Enter your password, or use Touch ID to continue. Click Accept. Creative Cloud desktop app is critical for working with Adobe apps but if you’re having problems installing apps because it has been corrupted, you should uninstall and reinstall it to fix the problem.
When you download your first app, the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app (which you’ll use to manage future downloads) installs at the same time.

- Feb 26, 2018 If you are able to install the Creative Cloud desktop app update locally then it still points to misconfigured security software. I would recommend that you resolve the misconfiguration so that you are able to receive updates automatically through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.
- I want to start a fresh new installation of Creative Cloud desktop app since it was not allowing me to update any adobe application. However, it just want install for some reason and have no clue why. Is just freezes here: Help will be much appreciated.

- Fill out the short questionnaire that opens on your screen and click Continue.
